Step 2

I work on your Home's Value

Once I get your information, I will do a full CMA(Comparative Market Analysis). I will compare your home to others in your area using my years of experience and market knowledge to get you the most value for your home.

Step 3

I give you your full CMA

Once I am done with your CMA, I will get in touch with you to go over it, either on the phone or in person. Keep in mind the best CMA needs a visit to the property and we can schedule that if you desire at the time we go over your report.
