My Buyers Process
Get Preapproved
First thing you will need is to get pre-approved from a local lender. This will allow you to see what you can afford t ospend and what the payment/load options for different prices of homes you are in the market for. This is a crucial first step as a baseline of what coems next.
We Shop for Homes
Once we know your true pricing range we can them start looking for homes that fit your needs and desires. We will start with how many bedrooms/bathrooms you need and also look at any extras you desire. For instance maybe a pool? Or maybe that Mother In-Law suite.
We Write the Offer
Once we find the home you love, I will help you come up with a good price to get you the home at the best price the current market allows. I will expain the contract you and assist in writing it. Once this is done I remain with you step by step from contract to closing!
